Aptera Electric Car

The Aptera Electric Car, something many have no idea exists. This was an idea and the company Aptera was trying to get off the ground and had 4,000 deposits.
Designed to be a fully electric car, with very low energy consumption as low as 80 watt-hours when travelling at at 55 mph, this was on paper back in 2010 a great idea.

In 2020 the company have come back to get this into production and the Body style was a 3 door hatchback Coupé with a curb weight of 800 kg (1,800 pounds) for standard 60kW-hr version. Other version were available in terms of battery 23, 41, 60 or 100 kW·h lithium-ion.
